Partner with us

We supply over 750 schools per week across England and Wales, delivering quality and compliant teaching and support staff where they’re most needed.

Our specialist team of long-serving consultants take ownership of the recruitment process and provide schools with a transparent and effective solution. The Now Education team consists of specialists from both teaching backgrounds and education sector recruitment, meaning they truly understand the needs of the market.

Thanks to our collaborative culture and the long-term partnerships we form, the schools we work with benefit from regular communication and knowledge-share. We get to know each school’s unique requirements and source supply staff that will fit the bill.

What do we do?

We provide a fully tailored supply staff solution.

With a database of over 3000 candidates and business units in seven cities across the UK (and expanding!) we’re confident that we can find the right teaching staff for every school. Each of our teams is specialised in working in their region, and as such, communication and escalation are personalised, fast and effective.

How we work

Everything we do is driven by our vision and values, which is why we find it so crucial that we align with what you expect from our process. We’ve fully tailored our ways of working to ensure we get to know you and provide transparency and opportunities for collaboration and improvement.

Deep dive

Our consultants gather information about:

  • Your school’s vision and values.
  • Teaching and learning strategies, curriculum structure and classroom pedagogy.
  • Your response to the OFSTED or ESTYN framework.
  • Expectations of staff and policies.
  • Literacy and numeracy policies.
  • Current supply staff usage and forecasted staffing needs.

Implementation

Next, we analyse our findings and put forward a proposed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

This agreement outlines our commitment to your school and how we will implement our service, as well as the ways in which our impact will be measured. We also unpack details like pricing and terms of business.

Once agreed, we start delivery of service.

Impact assessment

Every half-term, we review our impact with a bespoke management report pack.

This includes:

  • Reports on levels of supply spend with Now Education, the variety of candidates supplied and at what levels, average prices for each candidate type and weekly trends in supply usage.
  • Candidate reviews from school SLT, staff and pupils.
  • Consultant review from key staff managing supply.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility. As such, we have developed our approach to be entirely child-centric. All our staff consider, at all times, the best interests of the child.

This is one of the three Crown Commercial Services (CCS) approved accreditation bodies. This certification is a best practice quality standard and means that we go above and beyond the usual safeguarding standards. The accreditation is designed to help safeguard and improve outcomes for children.
