We are seeking a resilient and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our this amazing school in Boston. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting pupils with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support in school
- Deliver learning and behaviour strategies 1:1 and in small groups
- Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive relationships
- Build strong working relationships with staff, families, and external agencies
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant qualification.
- Experience supporting pupils with complex needs
- Very high resilience, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- You must have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle
- Strong behaviour management, communication, patience and resilience.
- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs.
