We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team and support various outstanding main stream Primary schools within Sleaford and surrounding villages:

  • 📖 Role: Primary Teacher
  • 📍 Location: Sleaford
  • ⭐Setting: Primary school
  • 🗓️ Contract: Full-time / part time
  • ⏰Hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term-time only)
  • 💷 Pay: Competitive day rate, paid by PAYE by Now Education
  • 🗓️ Start Date: September 2025

 

 Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and motivate students.
  • Tracking and assessing student performance, providing feedback to support growth.
  • Creating a classroom environment that supports and encourages learners.
  • Communicating with colleagues, parents and senior leadership.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience of working within Primary school settings
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply
  • A strong passion for Primary education and a commitment to high-quality teaching
  • Understanding of the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, and effective classroom management
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and pupil engagement
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
