We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team and support various outstanding main stream Primary schools within Sleaford and surrounding villages:
- 📖 Role: Primary Teacher
- 📍 Location: Sleaford
- ⭐Setting: Primary school
- 🗓️ Contract: Full-time / part time
- ⏰Hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term-time only)
- 💷 Pay: Competitive day rate, paid by PAYE by Now Education
- 🗓️ Start Date: September 2025
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and motivate students.
- Tracking and assessing student performance, providing feedback to support growth.
- Creating a classroom environment that supports and encourages learners.
- Communicating with colleagues, parents and senior leadership.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Experience of working within Primary school settings
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply
- A strong passion for Primary education and a commitment to high-quality teaching
- Understanding of the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2
- Strong organisational and communication skills, and effective classroom management
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and pupil engagement
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
