We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support various outstanding main stream and SEN schools within Lincoln and surrounding villages:
- 📖 Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- 📍 Location: Lincoln
- ⭐Setting: Primary school / SEN school
- 🗓️ Contract: Full-time / part time
- ⏰Hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term-time only)
- 💷 Pay: Competitive day rate, paid by PAYE by Now Education
- 🗓️ Start Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised or small group support to children with SEN.
- Assist in the effective implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans for children.
- Support behaviour management within the classroom and throughout the school.
- Requirements:
- Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- Provide two satisfactory references.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
