The Role
The school are seeking a passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive and skilled team on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to begin your teaching career in a specialist setting where your impact will be meaningful and immediate.
You will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or disrupted education

Work closely with pastoral and therapeutic teams to support pupils’ holistic development

Embrace a flexible, creative, and compassionate approach to teaching and behaviour management
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications welcome from current and recent ECTs from both a Primary and Secondary background.

A genuine commitment to working with pupils with SEMH needs and a trauma-informed approach

Strong behaviour management skills and emotional resilience

A team player with excellent communication and reflective practice
