Now Education are working in partnership with an SEMH School in Trafford who are giving prospective teachers the opportunity to train to teach whilst they get paid.
This is an excellent opportunity to train to be a teacher whilst receiving an annual salary of £24000.
The role will start in September 2025 and continue until the end of the academic year in July 2026, working Monday – Friday, 08.30-16.00.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has some experience of working with young people of either primary school or secondary school age range.
If you have worked as a Teaching Assistant and would now like to take the next step in your educational career and become a teacher then this role is ideal for you.
The school caters for children and young people who have a range of additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Complex and Challenging Behaviour.
There is no doubt that this will be a challenging role, but the successful candidate will be offered full support and training from the dedicated and experienced staff who are based at the school.
At the end of the academic year you will have achieved Qualified Teacher Status and can choose whether to remain at the same school or use your experience and qualification to work in a different setting.
