We have ongoing roles in Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford, Grantham. This role is ideal for a passionate individual looking to make a significant impact on the lives of young children in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
– Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
– Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring all developmental needs are met.
– Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
– Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
– Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
– Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
