Now Education are delighted to be working in partnership with an outstanding school in Stockport who require a Food Technology Assistant to work along side the Food Technology Department Team on a full time and long term basis.
The role is to start asap and continue on an ongoing long term basis covering a staff sickness.
The role involves supporting the class teacher in setting up equipment ready for practical lessons, supporting pupils as they take part in the lessons, clearing away equipment after lessons and ordering of any materirals that the department may need.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am-4pm and the position is to start asap.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within Secondary Schools either as a Learning Support Assistant or a Food Tech Assistant.
You must be passionate about education and comitted to upholding the high standards of education which have already been set by the professional and dedicated staff team who work at this school.
