Now Education are working in partnership with a Special Educational Needs High School in Sale who require Learning Support Assistants experienced with SEND to work on a full time and long term basis.
The hours of work are 8.30am-4.00pm Monday-Friday starting asap until the end of the academic year.

All pupils who attend the school have an Education Health Care Plan and a range of Special Educational Needs such as Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech and Language Difficulties, Complex Medical Needs and can display challenging behaviour.
The school are looking for members of staff who can commit to working five days a week from 8.30am-4.00pm.
The successful candidates will join a staff team who are dedicated to helping their students achieve skills for life and a sense of independence.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children, young people or adults who have a range of Special Educational Needs, such as Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
Education based experience is not necessary, it could be that you have been a residential support worker, care worker or volunteered with children, young people and adults who have Special Educational Needs.
You will be passionate about improving education and the life chances for the young people that you work with.
Experience of working with young people who have complex medical needs would also be a distinct advantage as would training in manual handling and the administration of personal care.
