About The School:
Our Client is an inclusive and vibrant specialist primary school with over 170 pupils on roll. The children all have a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum. The school has high standards of teaching and learning and is committed to ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting time for the school, which has benefitted from significant investment to improve the indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
The School is a part of a Multi-Academy Trust of 7 special schools in Birmingham and Sandwell. The trust is committed to ensuring the schools develop individual personalities, recognising their own particular characteristics and celebrating the many good things that happen day-to-day.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential –
- Classroom Support Experience
- Experience with catering for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Shows resilience
Desirable –
- MAKATON, PECS, TEAM TEACH
