Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children and young people with additional learning needs, special educational needs or challenging behaviour.
- Soft Skills: Strong behaviour management, communication, patience and resilience.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners with their social, emotional and academic development.
