Now Education are working in partnership with a brand new academy in Radcliffe who require a Maths teacher to work on a long term and full time basis.
The role will start from September and continue until the end of the academic year, working Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.00pm.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students

Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with the national curriculum

Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student progress

Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school staff
- Take responsibility for a form group.
The Ideal Candidate.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Committed to providing a high quality educational experience for all.
- Experienced with students who have a range of SEND such as Autism, ADHD, Global Delay and SEMH.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics

Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4, including GCSE.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Able to commit to a long-term role through to the end of the academic year
