They are looking for a teacher of EYFS and childcare to teach Level 2 & 3 Childcare including T level, who believes in fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and the holistic development of every child.

Senior staff at the college are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years and Childcare Teacher to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role educating students in how to create a positive and engaging educational experience for children in their formative years.
As an Early Years and Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for championing a methodology that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe and inclusive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver lessons which educate students in EYFS and Childcare
- Demonstrate the importance of supporting the unique needs of each child.
- Conduct regular assessments and observations to track and monitor students progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification such as PGCE or Cert Ed.
- Proven experience working with children in an early years or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
