Now Education is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work across client schools in Lincoln, Lincolnshire for the upcoming term. This is a great opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff in our client schools, who are vibrant and welcoming.
Roles include but are not limited to:
- A passion for the progress of Primary School pupils.
- Providing a stimulating work environment for students with additional needs
- Liaising with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure social, emotional, and academic progress is made.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
The successful Teaching assistant should:
- Possess a Teaching Assistant qualification (would consider candidates without qualification, but relevant experience with children is a must)
- Be energetic and eager to support teaching and learning.
- Be able to communicate well with students, colleagues and parents or carers.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Possess an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Now Education).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
