They are currently looking for staff to join their primary and secondary site to support children with varying needs, including PMLD, Autism, SLD.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide one-on-one and group support to students with complex needs, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
· Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised support plans.
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
· Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and mobility support, as required.
· Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
· Support students during outings and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
Requirements:
· Previous experience working within a SEN setting.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
· Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of students.
· A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
