Now Education are currently working closely with a large trust of specialist schools based near Stechford that are looking for QTS Qualified Teachers to support their needs on both a full-time, permanent and flexible supply basis.
About the Schools
The Trust has a range of settings including:
- An Autism Specialist School
- A Learning Difficulties Specialist School (including PMLD)
- An SEMH Specialist School
Catering for both Primary and Secondary; All pupils have an EHCP that identifies their additional needs and need the very best teaching from someone who is able to respond to their individual needs. The Schools want their pupils to be inspired and challenged, but also want someone who will care about them as individuals.
Sometimes their pupils display challenging behaviours and they know there is always a reason for this. We are therefore looking to appoint an a Teacher who will work alongside them to address the issues beneath the behaviour to enable pupils to be successful in all areas of their life.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of SEND, Challenging behaviours and mental heath issues, and someone of an empathic yet resilient nature. The successful applicant will need to be calm, approachable, friendly and be able to create a warm and welcoming environment for the students to achieve in.
