NOW Education are looking for student or newly qualified Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants to join our network of staff supporting schools based in Halesowen and Oldbury. Our TA pool supports students/graduates in gaining vital, suitable and PAID classroom experience whilst also the opportunity to secure your first permanent position within an educational setting.

We cater for schools cross the West Midlands that support pupils with a variety of needs including ASC, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH and welcome those who are keen to progress within this field. We are keen to hear from those who:
- Are currently studying or have recently gained their Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning Qualification
- Are keen to work with Special Educational Needs pupils
- Are available full or part-time (can be flexible around studies)
Applicant Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning Student or Graduate
- Right to work in the UK
- All roles subject to an enhanced DBS check
- Have English & Maths GCSE minimum grade C/4 or above
- Be passionate about supporting students with SEND/SEMH
In addition to long-term and permanent vacancies once qualified; NOW Education can also support with immediate paid supply work around your studies to build experience and knowledge further.
