An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Teaching Assistant to join a brand-new purpose built special school in Wednesbury.
Our Client educates up to 90 pupils aged 11-16 years with autism and moderate learning difficulties and is part of a rapidly growing Multi Academy Trust serving special schools across the West Midland area.
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a Full-time position within their setting. Working Hours are:
- Monday & Tuesday 8.30am – 4.15pm
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm
We can also accept part-time LSA’s for agency cover needs at the school.
The ideal candidate will:
- have experience of supporting and assisting pupils with autism
- be confident, patient and nurturing
- want to support pupils to thrive and develop into successful young people
- work collaboratively with teaching staff in order to plan and deliver high quality educational provision for young people
