Attendance Offier

Now Education are working in partnership with a secondary school in Lincoln who require an ‘Attendance Officer’. The role is to commence after Easter until the end of the academic year.

The candidate must have relevant experience of working as an attendance officer within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with families to promote engagement, organise and support parent and family support and lead on other attendance/wellbeing initiatives.
• The candidate will have experience of working in a educational setting or within a similar/relevant position to provide appropriate advice and support to pupils, families/carers and staff
• To liaise with the SLT relating to information received
• Building rapport with students and establishing productive relationships with fellow staff members
