Where can I download the Now Education App?

The Now Education app is available for download on both iOS app store and the android Google play store. We have provided links for both below.

Who can use the app?

The app is exclusive for Now Education customers. We recommend that you are registered with Now Education first in order to have access to the full features. You can register by contacting your closest branch here. Once you are fully registered then your personal consultant and our team will happily onboard you to the app with our easy to follow setup process.

What benefits are there to using the app?

The Now Education mobile app has multiple benefits from direct messaging securely with your personal consultant, setting availability for express hire, a payslip integration so all your finance is in one place and much, much more.

Is my information secure?

By law we adhere to strict UK Data laws. You can review our privacy policy here and if you wish to have your information removed from the system you can request it here.

How do I get help if I still cannot logon?

If you need to escalate a problem to our IT support team then please use the following link and provide as much evidence of the problem as possible to better help you. However please always direct pay enquiries to hello@noweducation.co.uk as our IT team processes technical app related queries only.

What devices are supported by the App?

We have tried and tested the following devices and operating systems, we unfortunately do not support outside of this scope as there are simply too many mobile devices in the world. We suggest you make sure your device is in the list below.

Iphone’s SE 2nd generation up to iphone 15. (iOS 17.2.1 – iOS 17.3.1)
