Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of different classrooms and student abilities.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teaching requirements.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through Now Education.
