Now Education are seeking Teaching Assistants to cater for an outstanding SEND School in Erdington.
For this role, we are keen to hear from those seeking Full-time and permanent opportunities or flexible supply work.
Special educational needs TA’s here work with children who have a primary diagnosis of Autism. Additional needs include children with physical disabilities, learning, emotional, behavioural or communication difficulties and mental health.
General Duties will involve:
- Supporting the development of learning activities
- preparing and adapting teaching materials
- making use of special facilities and/or equipment
- contact and teaching time with students on an individual, class or small group basis
- checking and assessing students’ work and giving feedback
- encouraging personal development
We are keen to hear from Teaching Assistants with or without SEND experience for this position.
