We are working with an amazing school in Market Rasen and they are looking to appoint teaching assistant.
The role is to work on 1:1 basis with SEN pupil. The most important thing would be to build relationship with the pupil and support them on their learning journey.
This position requires Level 3 or experience working within primary schools, supporting 1:1 or small groups.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs, and be available 5 days a week, as continuity is extremely important.
