We are seeking a resilient and experienced SEND Teachers to join our SEND School in Nottingham. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting pupils with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs, both on-site and in the wider community.
You will work with pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and in off-site settings such as pupils’ homes, libraries, or cafés. Your support will be key to helping them re-engage with education in a safe, nurturing, and adaptable learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven SEN experience in a specialist setting (school or unit)
- A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A positive and pupil-focused approach
- Commitment to supporting every child to achieve their potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inclusive lessons and learning resources for all students
- Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive relationships
- Build strong working relationships with staff, families, and external agencies
